GRAPHIC DESIGNER

BarkB2B is looking for a graphic designer to work with the content team to create compelling collateral for print and digital channels. The ideal candidate understands the power of branding, enjoys startup culture, and has a clean, modern design aesthetic. The successful candidate will be working closely with customers and the content team to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop appropriate designs for several types of content; social, email, print, etc . Thorough research and interviews will be required to understand each client's industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. 

What you will do

​

  • Translate objectives from clients into innovative and creative designs

  • Create and deliver final designs for digital or print publication.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times

  • Determine strategies to deliver clear and unique messaging through design

  • Partner with our expert content team to help share our story in a dynamic and powerful way through the power of design.

  • Serve as a creative resource amidst an expert team of analytical marketeers. 

  • Keep up-to-date on current design methodologies & B2B marketing trends.

  • Work with the BarkB2B expert content team to create powerful content (presentations, brochures, social media ads, illustrations - and more)

  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer

  • A deep understanding of marketing principles

  • Proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

  • A strong eye for visual composition 

  • A deep understanding of typography & color theory

  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Experience with content marketing or B2B marketing is a plus. 

  • Bonus Points if you have experience in motion graphics, video editing, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) and/or familiarity with After Effects, 3D Studio Max, Cinema 4D, or Maya
