Digital Performance Expert 

We are seeking a skilled B2B Digital Performance Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analytics, and performance optimization. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing campaigns that drive measurable results for our B2B clients as well as support the growth of the overall digital performance culture at BarkB2B. 

What you will do

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, Google, email marketing, and SEO. (SEO is a joint responsibility)

  • Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with our expert team to create cohesive marketing strategies that align with client goals.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Create detailed performance reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on digital marketing initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through digital performance strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush/Seobility, HubSpot, or others).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
